1. Academic Consultancy Scope

MIMT Foundation acts as an educational consultancy and admission guidance center bridging students and recognized colleges. University seat allotment, examination schedules, and syllabus are governed by the respective statutory universities (such as MDU Rohtak, CRSU Jind, SCERT Haryana).

2. Candidate Verification Responsibility

Candidates are solely responsible for ensuring the authenticity of all educational certificates, mark sheets, and category documents provided during the counseling process.

3. Fee Schedule & Payment Receipts

All institutional and counseling fee payments are acknowledged with official receipts. Fee structures follow university guidelines and installment plans agreed upon at the time of registration.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
